Additive Production
CREATING TANGIBLE INNOVATION WITH
Our additive production services—3D printing and advanced manufacturing—turn ideas into physical prototypes and production-ready components. We focus on small-to-medium parts with outstanding dimensional accuracy, so additive becomes a dependable option for both research and real-world deployment. It shines in rapid prototyping, custom tooling/equipment, and experimental product development. Fast iteration reduces risk and cost while increasing design freedom. In the hands of our engineers and designers, additive production is more than a method—it’s a creative engine that moves concepts from sketch to validated part, quickly and repeatably.
MATERIALS & PROCESSES
ENGINEERED FOR PERFORMANCE
We match process to purpose: FDM for fast fit checks, SLA/DLP for smooth surfaces and micro-features, SLS/MJF for durable nylon parts, and metal additive (DMLS) for high-strength components. Material options include elastomers, engineering polymers, composites, and metals—selected for stiffness, heat resistance, or flexibility as your use case demands.
RAPID PROTOTYPING
ITERATE FASTER, DECIDE SOONER
Design → print → test → refine. Short loops let teams evaluate ergonomics, assembly, airflow, and thermal behavior before committing to tooling. We support versioning, tolerance tuning, and design-for-additive guidance so each iteration moves you closer to a confident decision.
LOW-VOLUME PRODUCTION
FUNCTIONAL PARTS, REAL WORK
For pilot runs and service spares, we produce end-use parts with post-processing: vapor smoothing, dyeing, machining, inserts, threads, and QA reports. Batch planning, labeling, and documentation make small-series manufacturing predictable and audit-ready.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT FILES DO YOU NEED?
STEP/IGES or high-quality STL/OBJ. We can help convert from CAD and check wall thickness, overhangs, and tolerances.
HOW STRONG ARE THE PARTS?
Depends on process/material. We recommend options based on load, temperature, chemicals, and lifecycle; test coupons available.
CAN YOU HANDLE ASSEMBLIES AND MOVING PARTS?
Yes—snap fits, living hinges, and multi-part assemblies. We can add heat-set inserts and specify fasteners.
WHAT’S A TYPICAL TURNAROUND?
Prototypes: 1–5 days. Small series: 5–15 days depending on volume, finishing, and QA.
